Health Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quick rolled oats
    1 c. whole bran cereal
    1 c. raisins (optional)
    1 1/2 c. cream-style cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 1/2 c. boiling water
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. molasses
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    6 to 6 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Combine first 8 ingredients until shortening melts.
    Then let cool until temperature is right for yeast.
    Add whole wheat flour and sprinkle yeast on top of flour, then stir.
    Add all-purpose flour until moderately stiff.
    Turn out onto floured area and knead 5 to 7 minutes.
    Place in greased bowl and let rise for 1 hour.
    Punch down and divide into thirds.
    Let rest 10 minutes. Put into greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch pans.
    Cover and let rise 35 to 45 minutes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
