Lemon Smothered Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. thick pork chops
    2 unpeeled lemons, sliced
    1 large onion, cut in rings
    1 tsp. salt
    1 green pepper
    2 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    In casserole dish place pork chops; cover meat with lemon slices, onion rings, salt and pepper.
    Pour tomato juice over mixture.
    Dot with butter.
    Cover and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
