Penne With Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
    4 c. steamed broccoli, coarsely chopped
    1 can chicken broth
    freshly ground pepper to taste
    3/4 c. shaved or grated Romano cheese
    1 lb. penne pasta
Preparation
    In a saute pan over medium heat, heat the olive oil.
    Add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
    Add the steamed broccoli and saute for 1 minute.
    Add chicken stock; raise the heat to high and cook until a lot of the liquid has evaporated, not all, stirring occasionally.
    Bring water to a boil while cooking broccoli and cook penne.
    Toss the pasta with broccoli sauce and season with pepper to taste.
    Add Romano cheese.
    Save some for serving.
    Toss again and serve.
