French Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    croutons
    3/4 lb. onions, sliced very thin
    4 Tbsp. oleo
    6 c. chicken stock or bouillon
    Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown onions in butter; add stock and cook slowly until onions are soft.
    Serve with croutons and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
