Pineapple-Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. raisins
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat together sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla.
    Stir in the pineapple, zucchini, walnuts and raisins.
    In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon.
    Add to zucchini mixture. Mix just until well blended.
    Pour into 2 greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
