Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons salt
4 c milk
6 c sliced, raw potatoes
Preparation

Melt 4 tablespoons butter, add flour and salt.
Add milk slowly.
Cook until sauce thickens.
Add sliced potatoes and bring to a boil.
Arrange in a 9 x 13 baking dish and dot with remaining butter.
Bake a 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Yields 12 servings.
