Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 lb. lean beef stew meat
3 to 4 potatoes, cut in quarters
3 carrots, cut
2 stalks celery, cut
1 onion, cut
1 can green beans, drained
1 can kidney beans, washed and drained
1 clove garlic
1 to 2 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in 2 c. hot water
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Rinse and pat dry stewing meat.
Cut in smaller pieces.
Add all ingredients in 5-quart cooking dish.
Mix dissolved beef cubes and can of soup with preceding ingredients, adding salt and pepper and any other spices you might like.
Cook in oven at 350\u00b0. Time 2 to 3 hours, covered.
Do not need to brown meat first.
