Pumpkin Seed Snack - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pumpkin seed
margarine
salt to taste
Parmesan cheese or Lawry's seasoned salt (optional)
Preparation

After you've removed the seeds from the pumpkin, don't throw them away.
Separate the seeds from the pulp and rinse under cool water.
Drain on paper towels.
Spread on cookie sheet and cover with melted margarine.
Salt to taste.
