Blueberry Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 yolks
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. melted butter
    3 stiff beaten whites
    1 can drained blueberries
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Stir in yolks, milk and butter.
    Fold in whites.
    Loosely add blueberries.
    Bake in a hot waffle iron. I double the recipe and freeze the extras to toast on a hurried morning.
