Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All vegetables, drained
    1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 medium onion, chopped fine or grated
    Ritz crackers
    butter
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (except crackers and butter) and put in a baking dish.
    Top with Ritz crackers (about 18).
    Dot with butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
