Turkey Salad In Melon Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. (about 15 oz.) cooked turkey
2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise or 1/2 c. mayonnaise and 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 c. chopped chutney
mixed sweet pickle
4 ripe cantaloupes, halved and seeded
1 c. honeydew melon balls
watercress and salted pecans or almonds for garnish (optional)
lettuce leaves or curly endive (for garnish)
Preparation

Place diced turkey in bowl with celery and green pepper. Season with salt.
Blend in mayonnaise, lemon juice and chutney. Chill.
