Cottage Pie(English Dish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 pt. brown stock
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 pinch of marjoram
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
    1 lb. cooked, mashed and buttered potatoes
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown onion and meat in oil.
    Stir in flour; cook for 2 minutes.
    Add stock and simmer for 5 minutes. Add rest of the ingredients.
    Season.
    Put mixture into a baking dish and cover with mashed potatoes, marking their surface with a fork.
    Cook for 45 minutes.
