Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter, margarine or beef bacon drippings
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1/2 c. onion, sliced
    1/3 c. green pepper, diced
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt butter in large skillet.
    Add rice, onion and green pepper.
    Cook and stir until mixture is lightly browned.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Quickly bring to boiling.
    Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
