Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 small onion
    1 c. green pepper
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 c. cream of chicken
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. uncooked long grain rice
Preparation
    Combine sausage, onion and green pepper in skillet; cook until sausage is brown.
    Drain well and set aside.
    Combine water, soup and salt in saucepan.
    Bring to boil.
    Add rice; cover and reduce heat.
    Simmer 7 minutes.
    Put in casserole; cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
