Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 large green pepper, chopped
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 large can chopped tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onion and green pepper.
    Drain fat and turn into a 2 1/2-quart crock-pot.
    Add vinegar, sugar, chili powder and tomatoes.
    This will fill a 2 1/2-quart cooker.
    Cover and cook on high until it bubbles, then turn to low and simmer at least 4 to 4 1/2 hours, or all day.
