Micro-Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. minced onions
Preparation
    Spray casserole dish, layer sliced potatoes and cheese.
    Add minced onions in milk and pour over potatoes.
    Sprinkle paprika on top.
    Cover and vent.
    Cook on High 10 to 12 minutes, rotate dish 3 times.
    Broil to brown.
