Baked Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. squash
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    2 slices bread, soaked in milk
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender.
    Drain and mash with butter, salt and pepper.
    Add slightly beaten egg, bread and onion.
    Mix all well.
    Pour 1/2 mixture in casserole.
    Then add cheese to top. Add remaining mixture and top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
