Parmesan Vegetable Toss Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 head lettuce
    1 cauliflower
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 small can water chestnuts
    1 head broccoli
    1 red onion
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. garlic croutons
    bacon bits
    1/2 c. cashew nuts
Preparation
    Cut up broccoli, cauliflower and sliced onion; place in large bowl.
    Combine mayonnaise, sugar and Parmesan cheese together; pour over vegetables.
    Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours or overnight. Add lettuce, water chestnuts, bacon bits and croutons just before serving.
    You may put cashew nuts, if desired.
    Very good even after refrigerated for a few days, if some left over.
