Penne Alla Napolitana - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. penne (mostaccioli)
4 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. finely chopped garlic
1 c. pitted olives, sliced
1/4 c. packed fresh basil leaves, chopped
1 tsp. red pepper
2 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. cubed Mozzarella
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
Preparation

Cook mostaccioli for 8 to 10 minutes.
Drain; toss with one tablespoon olive oil.
Return to pan and keep warm.
Saute garlic slowly in three tablespoons of olive oil until softened but not browned.
Add olives, basil, red pepper and tomato sauce.
Heat; stir in cheeses and heat, stirring until chunks begin to melt. Pour over mostaccioli.
