Crabmeat Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 c. breadcrumbs
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. chopped celery
    12 strips bacon, cut in half crosswise
    1 well beaten egg
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat or 1 1/2 c. fresh crabmeat
Preparation
    Mix tomato juice and egg.
    Add crumbs, parsley, celery and crabmeat.
    Mix well.
    Roll into finger lengths.
    Wrap each with 1/2 strip bacon.
    Broil, turning to brown evenly.
    Makes 2 dozen rolls.
    Fry in an electric frying pan, pouring off grease as it accumulates.
