Georgia Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick (1/2 c.) butter
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    4 c. (6 to 8 depending on size) peaches, peeled, sliced and sugared to taste
    cinnamon to taste
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Combine flour, baking powder and sugar in a bowl. Stir in milk and mix thoroughly.
    Pour flour mixture over melted butter and add peaches. Stir one time. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until crust is puffed and browned. Serve warm.
    Makes 8 servings.
