Hum Dandy Rice Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 can bamboo sprouts
    1 small cauliflower
    1 bunch broccoli
    1 medium onion, chopped
    few carrots, sliced
    small amount of celery
    1 pkg. boneless chicken, diced
    1 small bottle sunflower oil
    rice
    butter
Preparation
    Pour oil in a big pot.
    Add cauliflower, broccoli, onion, carrots and celery.
    Cook for approximately 20 minutes on medium heat.
    Push and pull.
    Do not stir.
    Do not use a lid.
    The last 5 minutes, add drained water chestnuts, drained bamboo sprouts and cooked, diced chicken.
    Cook as much rice as you desire.
    Put topping over your rice and squeeze as much butter as you wish to taste.
