Viennese Veal Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. veal
    salt
    3/4 c. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. oil
    1 lemon, sliced
Preparation
    Cut and flatten cutlets. Salt.
    Dip in flour, then eggs, then bread crumbs. Fry in deep hot oil until brown. Drain on towel. Decorate with lemon slices. Serve with favorite pasta.
