Potatoes Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    quartered potatoes
    onion
    green pepper
    1/2 stick butter
    1 can pimentos
    1 can beef broth
Preparation
    Boil quartered potatoes until almost done.
    Pour off water from potatoes; set aside.
    Cook onion and green pepper in butter. Drain pimentos and pour over potatoes.
    Put can of beef broth in; heat until everything is hot.
    Serve.
