Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp. salt
2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Allow cheese to come to room temperature.
Mix all ingredients except 1 cup pecans.
Shape in round ball and roll in remaining pecans.
Chill and serve with any kind of snack crackers.
