Old Fashion Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. lukewarm milk
2 eggs
2 1/2 to 3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. granulated sugar

Preparation

Beat the eggs and add to the milk.
Sift dry ingredients.
Mix and pour through funnel into deep fat or vegetable oil.
Funnel opening should be about 5/8 inches wide.
Oil should be hot, 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0.
