Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices crisp, crumbled bacon
    1 can sliced mushrooms (4 oz.)
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Pet-Ritz regular pie crust shell
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 small c. Pet evaporated milk (5 oz.)
Preparation
    Preheat oven and cookie sheet to 325\u00b0.
    In bowl, combine bacon, mushrooms, cheese, onions, flour, salt and garlic powder. Toss until well blended.
    Put into crust.
    Beat eggs with evaporated milk.
    Pour over bacon
    mixture.
    Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool 10 minutes before serving.
