Bierocks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. potatoes, cooked
1 1/2 c. potato water
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. cooking oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
7 to 7 1/2 c. flour
1 egg yolk, beaten with 1 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Boil potatoes.
Save water. Mash potatoes.
Dissolve yeast in potato water which should be between 115\u00b0 and 120\u00b0.
Add sugar and salt. Let stand about 5 minutes.
Add lukewarm potatoes and mix well.
Add eggs and oil.
Mix well.
Add flour until dough is easy to handle.
Let stand for 10 minutes.
Knead until smooth.
Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
It will rise in refrigerator.
Remove and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
