Italian Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 c. chopped onions
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. tomato sauce
    1 c. grated cheese
    Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. oil
    1 large bell pepper
    2 cloves garlic
    1 c. tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat half the fat in iron pan; crumble meat in and cook until slightly brown, stirring to cook well.
    Use other fats to cook onion, celery, bell pepper and garlic to yellow stage; do not brown.
    Add this to meat mixture, also tomatoes, tomato sauce and other seasonings and simmer for 1 hour; remove from heat, add cheese and mix well.
    Have spaghetti cooked and fill casserole, using alternate layers of spaghetti and sauce; top with a small amount of cheese and heat until it bubbles.
    You may prefer to serve on platter, pour sauce over and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
