Chicken 'N Dressing Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 chicken or use favorite parts
1 loaf unsliced, soft crust bread
1 can mushrooms
1 bunch green onions, if desired
poultry seasoning to taste
salt and pepper to taste
few stalks celery, chopped fine
1 can each cream of chicken and cream of celery soup
few tsp. grated Cheddar cheese for garnish, if desired

Preparation

Pressure cook or boil chicken in small amount of water (canned chicken can be substituted).
