Meff'S Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. macaroni
    boiling water
    2 pkg. Cracker Barrel extra sharp cheese
    mild cheese (like Monterey Jack)
    milk (scalding)
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Add macaroni to boiling water.
    Boil only two to three minutes.
    Drain and rinse in cold water.
    Meanwhile, finely cut Cracker Barrel extra sharp cheese and add another mild cheese like Monterey Jack.
    Mix cold macaroni into cheese.
    Then add enough scalding milk to cover macaroni and cheese.
    Should be a little more than a half gallon of milk.
    Melt the margarine in milk, along with salt and pepper.
    Pour over macaroni and cheese.
    Put in oven at 250\u00b0 for three hours.
