Quick Ham And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    slices of ham
    2 Tbsp. oil
    5 peeled and sliced potatoes
    salt and pepper
    hot water
    milk
    Velveeta cheese
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Brown ham in oil.
    Add peeled and sliced potatoes on top in skillet; salt lightly and pepper.
    Add hot water to barely cover. Cook slowly, covered, until potatoes are done.
    Add enough milk to barely cover and top with slices of Velveeta cheese.
    Cover and simmer until cheese melts.
    Thicken is necessary with cornstarch and water.
    Can be baked if desired.
