Salmon Roll Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. cream cheese (3 oz.)
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. finely minced onion
1 tsp. finely minced parsley
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon
salt and pepper to taste
12 slices fresh bread
watercress or parsley
Preparation

Allow cheese to come to room temperature.
Then blend with mayonnaise, onion, parsley, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
Add drained, flaked salmon and adjust seasoning to taste.
