Easy Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole frying chicken
    2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 c. Bisquick or other biscuit mix
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook chicken whole in enough water to cover until tender. Remove from liquid to cool; retain liquid.
    Bone and skin chicken and cut in bite size pieces.
    Combine chicken, soup, vegetables and 2 cups of liquid in an ovenproof dish or pan.
