Turkey Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
4 c. chopped cooked turkey
1 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped sweet red pepper
1/2 c. sliced green onions
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/8 tsp. pepper
leaf lettuce
Preparation

In large bowl stir together soup and mayonnaise until smooth. Fold in turkey, celery, red pepper, onions, parsley and pepper. Serve mixture on leaf lettuce.
Cover and refrigerate any remaining salad mixture.
Makes 5 cups or 8 servings.
(For a no-fuss, keep cool meal, add a cluster of red grapes and sesame crackers.)
