Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9-inch double crust
2 cups boiled chicken cut into chunks
4 Tbsp. butter
1 small onion, chopped
5 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 pkg. mixed vegetables, thawed
Preparation

Melt butter in pan and saute onion until soft but not brown. Add flour and salt and make into paste.
Add enough chicken stock and stir constantly until thickened. Add chicken and vegetables. Season to taste.
Heat through. Pour into pie shell, cover with top crust, cut slits.
Bake at 450\u00b0 F. about 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
