Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2/3 c. rice, uncooked
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. green pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 c. water
    2 cans tomato sauce
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients and form into meat balls.
    Brown in 3 tablespoons oil.
    Add water and tomato sauce.
    Cook over low heat for 40 to 50 minutes.
    May also be cooked in a crock-pot.
