Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    1 stick margarine
    3 c. sugar
    5 large eggs
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. lemon or almond flavoring
Preparation
    Blend butter and sugar until fluffy.
    Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla and lemon or almond flavoring.
    Then add flour alternately with milk.
    Pour batter into greased and floured tube pan.
    Put in cold oven and turn heat to 325\u00b0.
    Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until done.
