Cranberry Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh cranberries
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. butter or margarine, melted
6 qt. bread cubes
2 c. seedless raisins, plumped
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
grated peel of 3 lemons
1 c. water or giblet broth
Preparation
-
Coarsely chop cranberries and mix with the sugar.
Toss butter with bread cubes in large bowl.
Add cranberry mixture and remaining ingredients.
Mix lightly to blend.
Makes stuffing for 14 to 16 pound turkey.
