Mary Ann'S Sun Valley Spuds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes
    1/2 c. light mayonnaise
    seasoning salt
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch sticks.
    Spoon mayonnaise into large plastic food bag.
    Add potatoes.
    Shake to coat well. Arrange in a single layer on jelly roll pan, so that potatoes do not touch.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Turn once.
    Bake until golden brown and crisp.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
