Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. sweet potatoes or yams
    1 stick butter or oleo
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. whipped topping
    1/3 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes.
    Cook either in boiling water or bake in oven until tender (or use canned yams).
    Cool and peel.
    Mash potatoes in large bowl.
    Add butter, orange juice, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg; mix.
    Gently fold in sour cream and whipped topping until light and fluffy.
