Lemon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. water
4 eggs
juice and rind of 2 lemons or 5 Tbsp. lemon juice concentrate
2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
-
Beat together for 5 minutes the first 5 ingredients with an electric mixer.
Pour into jelly roll pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
