Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can French green beans
    1 can green peas (LeSueur)
    1 can Shoepeg corn
    2 oz. pimento, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. oil
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Drain vegetables.
    Mix with pimento, onion, pepper and celery. Mix other ingredients together.
    Heat until boiling.
    Can be microwaved.
    Pour over vegetables.\tStir well.
    Let set overnight. Keeps 2 weeks in refrigerator.
    (I usually double this recipe.)
