Marinated Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 lb. chicken wings, remove tips and discard, cut the remaining portion in half
2 jars junior apricot baby food
1 1/2 c. soy sauce
garlic or garlic salt to taste
1 Tbsp. ground ginger
Preparation

Mix the last 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
Be sure to mix well.
Add the cut up chicken wings.
Mix well to cover with marinade.
Cover with lid and refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours.
When ready to cook them, line a cookie sheet with foil.
Place chicken wings on sheet and cover with any marinade that is left.
Bake at 325\u00b0, uncovered, for 2 1/2 hours, turning them if necessary. Remove with tongs and serve as an hors d'oeuvre or with rice as a main course.
