Chocolate Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
Preparation
    Mix sugar and cocoa.
    Melt butter and add to cocoa and sugar. Add other ingredients.
    Place on medium heat and stir until it comes to a hard boil (a boil that can't be stirred down). Boil for 1 1/2 minutes. Take off and beat until ready to spread.
