Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. black olives, chopped
    2 c. canned tomatoes, chopped and undrained
    1 c. mushrooms, drained
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 c. wild rice (wild rice only)
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. hot water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, add all ingredients except cheese and mix together.
    In large, greased baking dish, place mixture and top with cheese.
    Bake uncovered for 45 to 75 minutes or until rice is done.
