Pop'S Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in skins; chill well (they grate better).
    Grate potatoes; set aside.
    Sprinkle a little salt on.
    Blend butter and sour cream and alternate layers of potatoes and soup.
    You can add a little onion.
    Cover with cornflakes and dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
