Wake-Up Smoothie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lg. ripe banana, peeled and sliced
1 c. hulled strawberries
1/2 c. raspberries or 2 kiwi, peeled and sliced
1 c. plain yogurt
1/4 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. honey
Preparation

Place all ingredients in the blender and process on high speed until smooth, about 30 - 45 seconds.
