Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1 egg
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut dry ingredients into shortening until crumbly.
    Add water, egg and vinegar.
    Form into a ball; roll out.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Makes 2 large pie crusts.
