New Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. rigatoni
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 small onion chopped
1/3 c. flour
1 qt. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1/2 lb. cooked ham
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Prepare rigatoni according to package directions.
In a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, combine hot salad oil with onions and cook until tender, not brown.
Stir in flour, cook 1 minute.
Whisk in milk, salt and pepper until smooth. Over high heat, heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Remove saucepan, stir constantly.
Stir in half of cheese.
Add sauce to cooked and drained rigatoni.
Add peas and ham.
Spoon into 3-quart casserole dish.
Top with remaining 1/2 of cheese.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes until hot and bubbly and brown.
